The materials used (equivalent to SNR490B and SM490A) have a low weld crack susceptibility composition* and are suitable for welding.
The cross-sectional areas for tension (compression) and shear are secured, satisfying the strength requirements of the pipe body.
It offers excellent design quality and creates beautiful connections in pipe structures.
*The weld crack susceptibility composition is determined by the following formula.
Types (Shapes) of Pipe End Clevis
Pipe End Clevis is available in two types: Type A and Type B. Each type has its own features, and both have standard shapes and dimensions.

Manufactured by cutting round steel with the same outer diameter as the pipe or a slightly larger diameter. The larger the pipe diameter, the larger the connection area becomes.
The outer diameter is reduced from the pipe diameter, similar to a reducer, creating a sleek area around the pin. The connection portion can be made smaller.

Pipe End Clevis is available in the sizes shown in the table below. Sizes other than these will be treated as custom products.
