Tension introduction and control using a variety of equipment and inspection instruments
We provide initial tension introduction control for tension rods (tie rods) and tension control for PC steel bars. For the initial tension introduction of tension rod (tie rod) suspension members and beam string members, we carefully examine the location, sequence, and introduction method to ensure reliable execution. Prestressing of PC steel bars, and in recent years seismic structures using PC steel bars, have become increasingly common. We also have experience in short-term and spot tensioning work.
Tension Introduction Methods
Tension introduction methods depend on the shape of the end portion, but they can be broadly divided into the following three types.
- Introduction using a spanner or wrench
- Introduction using a hydraulic jack
- Introduction using tensioning equipment
Note: In some cases, tension introduction may be difficult with any of the above methods. Please consult us in advance in such cases.
